Daniel was our driver that picked us up at pvr. He was flexible, a great driver, and had lots of information for our trip to Sayulita. We checked out all his recommendations and they were fantastic. He had cold beer waiting for us off the plane. After this he allowed us to stop at a grocery store and helped with recommendations and gave us more than enough time to get some groceries. He ran through the store helping with anything he could and found baskets for us to load groceries into the vehicle for easy transportation. Communication was great, driver was waiting right outside airport for us with sign when we arrived. Easy to find. He helped with luggage and made a stop at Walmart for us to pick up some groceries. Also had beer and water available if we wanted any. Drive was smooth and quick. There was a slight misunderstanding on paying as I was quoted 3500 pesos and driver wanted 4000, it was quickly cleared up with copy of reservation and speaking to owner.
Coming home , confirmation received day before pickup and drive was exactly on time. Drive was very smooth. We had a little mishap on the way with being stopped by the police just out of Puerto Vallarta. Not sure why as was all in Spanish and our driver didn’t speak English. They looked at front of vehicle and driver showed him all his papers and was cleared up very quickly. At no time did we feel not safe or worried. Arrived at airport with plenty of time to spare.
Car was very clean and comfortable. Lots of room for luggage. Arrived a couple days before Christmas ( no problem booking during busy time) and went home Jan. 17 2025.

Fidel and Hiram provided the perfect transportation experience for my family's trip to San Pancho. From the moment I emailed him to reserve transportation, Fidel always responded within a few minutes. My family needed 5 separate airport pickups and 3 separate airport return trips for all of our different flights, and Fidel and Hiram were always on time with beautiful, comfortable vehicles to pick us up in. Fidel had already contacted me upon landing to let me know exactly where he was, and he was holding a sign which made it very easy to find him in the crowded airport. Not only was he punctual, he also provided a very comfortable travel experience - tons of room, air conditioning, cold beverages, and help with the luggage! The free stop at Walmart is a great benefit for those stocking up for themselves. Even though we didn't use it, it is certainly a very valuable perk.
